Our Core Data Protection Principles
General Inquiries
The core rule is simple: one account per person. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or payment method, or placing bets from two people on a single account, are both strictly prohibited.
Two family members can run separate accounts from the same device; however, if both accounts place bets from the same IP at the same time, the system may flag this as suspicious. In such cases, it's best to inform Support in advance.
Age verification takes place at two levels. First, a date of birth is required at registration — the system automatically calculates the user's age. Second, during withdrawals or large wagers, KYC verification may require a national ID card or birth registration certificate.
If someone registers with a false age and is later found to be a minor, their account will be permanently deleted and any deposited funds will not be refunded. Parents are strongly advised to password-protect their devices.
